Remove the Box offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on UnBoX subscriptions. If UnBoX isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund it — no interrogation required.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. Email us at admin@removethebox.com.au from the address you used at checkout and we'll arrange it for you.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

This policy sits on top of — and never replaces — the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law of your own country.
