Remove the box offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on UnBoX subscriptions. If UnBoX isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund it — no interrogation required.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all UnBoX orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact us through the support channel in your account and we'll arrange it for you.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or through Paddle, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Full billing mechanics are covered by Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
